Quality Assurance
We chart all critical features throughout the manufacturing process using our statistical process control program. Our displined approach guarantees a consistently good product.
For each machining sequence, operators complete a formal setting and FA report to ensure that they understand their part of the process and subsequent processing relevant to their operation. This report improves material flow and eliminates the potential for operator error.
Identification documents are attached to all lots ensuring complete traceability. If the part doesn’t pass our AQL criteria (Sampling Standard Table – Mil-Std-105E), it doesn’t left the factory.
